For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extractive.
Drink 1-4 cups daily or as directed by your healthcare provider.

WARNINGS

Cautions: Consult a health care provider prior to use if you are taking anticoagulant medications.
Duration of use: Drink up to one liter daily for up to 6 weeks, then take a 4 week pause before resuming another 6 week course.
